    Unveiling Grace is a private organization in the Christian resource industry that creates vide and electronic ministry materials.
  2. Donation refund policy
    Donations made to this ministry initiative are voluntary and non-refundable.
  3. Donor Privacy policy
    Unveiling Grace shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of its donors as may be required. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).     Should your gift be marked as “anonymous,” we will not pursue your personal information.
  4. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, or by bank transfer into the Unveiling Grace bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
  5. Credit card acquiring and security
    Credit card transactions will be acquired for Unveiling Grace via Payfast (Pty) Ltd, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. At no time does Unveiling Grace handle card details.
  6. Donor details separate from card details
    Donor details will be stored by Unveiling Grace, but card details will not be. Card details are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on Payfast, please refer to payfast.co.za.
  7. Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  8. Responsibility
    Unveiling Grace takes responsibility for all aspects relating to donations made on this website, donor service and support, and dispute resolution.
  9. Country of domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Unveiling Grace chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 3 Alton Crescent, Clubview, Centurion, 0157
